I got my service manual from my local IH dealer for 29.00. The thing is huge. I also got the owners manual for 8.00. I thought these prices seemed pretty cheap. I have a 7275 also,(I love it) if I can be of any further help let me know.

P.J., thanks for the tip. I've had such problems lately with my dealership that I'm just about ready to cash in the Cub and go Kubota. As nice a machine as it is, and it is good, my dealer is almost always too busy to give me the service I need. The next closest dealer is over seventy miles away, over the many traffic intense roads of New England, so these guys have me pretty much a captive. I did contact MTD/Cub and they gave me the phone number for their publications division (1-800-800-7310), so I asked my wife to call the order in while I was at work. The cost, with shipping, was $30.00 even, but as with all of their publications, I have to wait for it to come from the printer. Cheers. ....

To bad about the dealer in your area. Mine is 15 miles a way and excellent. I wasn't sure about the Cub's before I bought this one but knew the dealer was a good one so I decided to get it. I have gotten the manuals and just some filters from them, but the parts people are great. They have to spend a little more time looking because they don't sell the Cub compacts only the Boomers new there. Goes to show you how important a good dealer is.
